keyboard repeat doen't work any more

Hi,
after I start the media station, the keyboard repeat stops working. What I mean is, I have to press the delete key for every character I want to delete, instead of leaving the key pressed.

How can I handle this?

Set it in System Settings -> Keyboard & Mouse

However lmce seems to keep resetting back to 'off' !!!!

Same here. This needs to be addressed in Beta 3.
