Failed to fetch                                             386/Packages.gz  404 Not Found
Reading package lists... Done
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used                                              instead.

Should I file a bug report or is that mirror just down?

this is a temporary error. i've discussed it in another topic. it seems that packages.gz index file wasn't regenerated by the server. you should try again in few hours and it will work.

I've been trying this for the past 3 days and I get the same error every time.
