Hi,

I've tried to install linuxmce on my laptop several times but everytime the installation seems to do just fine. I reboot and select "start media center" from the menu.

But after some time the configuration window disappears and nothing happens anymore.

I then took a look into pluto.log and found out that the launchorbiter script is missing.

Code:
04/27/07 15:22:19 Start_LocalDevices.sh (server) Child device (19) was configured but the startup script (LaunchOrbiter.sh) is not available in /usr/pluto/bin.

When is this supposed to be installed and what could have prevent it from doing so?

LMCE seems to run fine because I can access the core through the ip address.

Can somebody help me?

TIA
