I have several shares mainly NFS shares that have media on them, Music, Pictures, Movies Etc.  According to the Documentation LMCE auto scans the network and asks you if you want to use the share.  I have not seen this , what am I doing wrong?Huh

You should try running  /usr/pluto/bin/StorageDevices_StatusRadar.sh, or /usr/pluto/bin/StorageDevices_Radar.sh
Note that LinuxMCE scans only your internal network.
this should detect all your storage devices (partitions) that are not already added. You should see the message on your interface. If not, try reloading the router afterwards.
