clear the ipv4 firewall and do it without advanced setting on and see what it does then.

What browser are you using? I have no issues with Chrome nor with Safari (on iPad)

Could you try Chrome or Safari and see if your problem persists

What else is different?

I have a 1404 i386 core, that is up-to-date with the latest packages. I fill in the Destination Port, the description, and it works, because CORE WAN IP is pre-selected.

you are not up to date with pluto-website-admin and pluto-boot-scripts.
and maybe more packages.
