Any specific reason?

Whats the benefits of staying on 1204? And what is in 1404 that's not in 1204?

1204 is working for me. There is nothing new in 1404 other than newer kernels and stuff.

Don't use any of the snapshots atm.  The current ones are broken in some minor way.  Follow the net install instructions on the wiki until a new snapshot comes out.
