DCEGen does not seem to be installed on my system which I installed from the latest kickstart cd. Any suggestions

Somehow DCEGen didn't get included in the recent builds.  We're working on getting .17 out, and hopefully it will be uploaded tomorrow.  As soon as it is, your system will self-update on reboot, and it will install DCEGen in /usr/pluto/bin automatically.

I think it happened again.  DCEGen is nowhere to be found in 2.0.0.27.

DCEGen is being built, but it's not installed by default since only developers use it.  To install it type:
apt-get install pluto-dcegen

that will put the binary there for you.
