When I playback mythtv recordings I am unable to skip or ff etc. I can only pause/play. Trying to skip etc just restarts the video from the beginning.

I have just run the globalupgrade script in 10.04 and confirmed this still happens.

Am I missing something?

If you play the media from lmce menu this behavior occurs. If you play it in the myth menu, it does not.

Interesting, and I thought this only happened on VDR recordings played from the video menue...
