Has anyone tried getting the Hauppauge Colossus PCIE to work in LinuxMCE yet? I have this card and thought I'd give it a go with linuxMCE. If not could someone recomend a good HD capture card for LinuxMCE.

The first step is making sure there is a kernel driver available for the device. If there is, then a device template can be made for the tuner card in the web admin, so that the device can be properly detected and configured for LinuxMCE.

I don't think there is a device driver for this in Linux. At least the last time i checked 4-5 months ago there wasn't.  If there is and someone wants to buy mine I'll sell it cheap.

I just checked and it does not seem to be supported http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Hauppauge_Colossus perhaps http://hauppauge.co.uk/forum/ would be a better place to ask?

Not a card,... but if it's TV you're after, an HDHomerun...
