I have a revo 1600 hooked up with hdmi.  my problem is sound from recordings.  hdmi sound works using dvd rips but not recordings.  I have another revo 1600 and everything works fine with that one. any ideas whats going on.

For giggles, physically move the MD that is not working to the room where an MD is sitting that is working, and see if all of a sudden both work.
