i found one problem

the script /usr/pluto/bin/LaunchSlimServer.sh

is calling

invoke-rc.d squeezeboxserver restart

ans correct is    

invoke-rc.d logitechmediaserver restart

after change this  the server is up  and  and upnp is mounted  but still no sound on squeezeslave .

if a i play direct from logitechmedisaerver console the sound is played on squeezesalve.

but if i use orbiter no music on squeezeslave .

are you sure this is correct?
I have an up-to-date 10.04 and squeezeboxserver is running - no logitechmediaserver.
Does the Orbiter complain about not being able to play the media?

Was our Slim Server Streamer device installed by the system? Is it running? It is important that the slim server streamer be present on a specific port that we set up.

Try to select a file from the Orbiter, whose location does not indicate upnp, and see if you can play those files.
