yeah  Cheesy

Turns out all i had to do is in webadmin goto the Advanced Network settings screen:
Section, external NIC, select use static IP address and fill in:
  • Core's IP address
  • Subnet mask
  • Gateway
  • Nameserver (DNS)#1
  • Nameserver (DNS)#2

Hope this helps others to.
