No, it works with everything. I Asked a couple of devs to test ,and they were able to use it just fine. Just to be sure, are you testing under 0810 or 1004?

Oh. The guide is definitely not touchable for me. I have been refreshing the screen. I'm on 1004 now.

Anything to do with the fact that I had to install scrot manually? Anything else that might be missing?

Cheers,
Matt.

oh no, i was asking for his version of LMCE. Scrot just takes care of bringing the image in. There is code in the MythTV Player that transmits the presses to the mythTV player.

If you hit the arrow keys on the bottom, does anything happen?

If not, there are bigger problems happening...this is very strange because it works here on our setups.

I am so sorry, never saw this post.

I installed (1004) in November sometime, have never updated - stupid question: how do I find out my version? I assume it's in web admin somewhere...

Yes the arrow keys and other buttons all work, it's just this new myth screen.

Cheers,
Matt.

Hi Guys

Now I have a little bit more time on my hands, and I am getting fed up of mrs and kids hastling I am having a go at getting my LMCE setup going.

I am running 1004 and I did an update a few days ago.

I have Mythtv working fine but I am having issues with the guide.

When I clcik on guide on the IOS orbiters, the guide flashes onto the TV screen and disappears, I get a blank box on orbiter.

When I use the Windows Orbiter to select guide I see it for a little longer on the TV screen and then goes and again the orbiter does not show the guide.

Scrot is installed and is the latest version.

Any tips? This is a bit of a pain for me.

Regards

That is _very_ strange. Have you done an sqlcvs update of designer lately?

go to the web admin, go to advanced > sqlcvs > update... select all of the designer repository, then press update.

I have gone to that page. Selected check all on designer and clicked next but it just goes back to the same page without telling me if it has actually done anything or not.

Does this mean its not working orhas done it?
