When I built my MD's the "chair" came up after we announce ourselves during software download/creation.

Again on start/reload.

I chuckled.

There is a small issue right now with 1004 upgrades. There is a KDM update which re-instantiates KDE as the default manager. I would hold off on upgrades a couple of days till this is resolved.

If you already ran this and are getting a kubu login, get to a terminal and type:
sudo echo "/bin/false" >/etc/X11/default-display-manager

then reboot.
