Hi guys, I am probably missing a simple option here but any advice would be great. I decided to add an Asus 1gb ENGT220 graphics card to my Dianemo 710 system and utlise it as the main MD in the living room. The problem I encountered is that I wasn't able to use HDMI audio after rerunning the audio/video setup. Checking the wiki it seems this is an issue with my MB according to this
http://wiki2.linuxmce.org/index.php/NVidia_GT220_HDMI_sound (although i think the Asus P7M-F WS should read P7F-M instead??) So although I have great video, no sound. Easiest thing would be to use the pci sound card, except I had to remove this as the heatsink from the card blocks the adjacent PCI slot! I want to be able to use at least 5.1 audio so digital output is essential, anybody had any experience with decent usb or other sound cards which might fit the bill?
Cheers
