How do I update to version .43?

My core has been connected to the Internet for 6 hours - plenty of time to grab the update on a DSL connection (i usually download around 150 kb/s).  I've rebooted but still no sign of the new version. Do i have to do something for it to update?

it run automatically this script
/usr/pluto/bin/DownloadUpdates.sh
