Why can't I ever submit tickets without getting the "500 Internal Server Error"?

This snapshot exhibits some odd behaviour. It gets itself into little loops, like never ending router reloads (not restarts, as I have read on the forum), or constant switching between "loading asterisk" and "Core services now starting" when loading up etc. After a reboot, it might work, but then the orbiter completely locks up and doesn't respond to any input.
