Because I am very blind in telecom world, could someone advice me a free carrier that I can test with? I am NL-based.
I have no interest as for now to use telecom in linuxmce, but I want to be able to test snapshots.

Voipcheap: You buy a EUR 10,00 credit and have freedays (usually 90 days) to call for free many destinations (up to 300 minutes per week). Take a look at their page: www.voipcheap.com.
Is the one i use and i'm very happy.
If NL is not in their free destinations list, look at voibuster or voipstunt (same group as voipcheap).

if you just want to test, use sipgate.de or sipgate.co.uk. They are free for incoming calls and don't charge monthly fees.
