The pluto phones are configured as IAX2 phones within pluto, but the phone on my hybrid is trying to register with asterisk as a SIP phone.

Is this a known bug and what is the best way to resolve the problem.

AFAIK:

this could be problem. Previous implementation was based on iax client library, but if I remember right newer implementation is based on linphone (that is SIP compliant)...

I guess it would be best to post bug report and give it higher priority...
