I have bought a Techno Trend TT-Connect CT-3650 CI tuner box, i hoped for an easy install based on http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Capture_Cards saying it is PnP, but how do i get it to register under /dev/dvb/adapterN?

I can se it as
Bus 005 Device 002: ID 0b48:300d TechnoTrend AG
in lsusb: http://128bit.dk/lsusb.txt

and i can se it as
[  177.100626] usb 5-2: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 4
[  177.829896] usb 5-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
in dmesg: http://128bit.dk/dmesg.txt

Does anyone have any hints?

Many thanks from metoer

I guess drivers are not LinuxMCE specific, right? Is there any chance of getting them?

I have noticed that it registers as S2 instead of CT, i don't know if that's the problem

zalmarge: this is what i have from the log, as i said it didn't work for me, but maybe for you. I have tried to contact Mandingo again, with no luck unfortunately

<Mandingo-Dev> reboot your core and pastebin your dmesg
<Metoer> Ok
<Metoer> http://pastebin.com/ZGjvUuWA
<Mandingo-Dev> ok and the card is in the system correctg
<Metoer> yeah
<Metoer> shows up with lsusb
<Mandingo-Dev> right but its not registerd under dmesg
<Mandingo-Dev> from term
<Mandingo-Dev> dpkg -s v4l2-modules
<Metoer> Status: install ok installed
<Mandingo-Dev> what version
<Metoer> http://pastebin.com/S0TJpY3Q
<Mandingo-Dev> ok apt-get remove v4l2-modules
<Mandingo-Dev> and then apt-get install v4l2-ngene-modules

<Metoer> Mandingo-Dev: finally done with apt-get install v4l2-ngene-modules
<Mandingo-Dev> pastebin dmesg
<Metoer> http://pastebin.com/e5px5yDk

<Mandingo-Builder> remove the ngene-modules
<Mandingo-Builder> and test these
<Mandingo-Builder> http://filebin.ca/ybthm/s2-liplianin-dkms_0~20100227.14355_all.deb
<Mandingo-Builder> to install that
<Mandingo-Builder> dpkg -i (package name)
<Mandingo-Builder> from term
<Mandingo-Builder> then pastebin after reboot

<Mandingo-Dev> then your gonna have to update sqlcvs from admin advance-sqlcvs-update and select dce then next to update
