Hello,

after a long hiatus I decided to give Linux media center another go. The product is a lot more stable than i remember. I only have one problem. I have two hard drives in a 5bay hard drive enclosure... they show up and are accessible through KDE but for some reason the media center isn't picking them up. I have most of my media collection on these two drives Please help me figure this one out.... Mike

Hi,
don't knoew if this helps, but words of wisdom can be found at http://wiki.linuxmce.com/index.php/Howto:_Using_Network_Shares.

I solved my missing NAS with info on that page. It has a lot of useful tips.

Also, a friendy tap on the wrist.

This is a (fairly) small community and the people who are really "in the know" are even fewer! They work very hard on our behalf and respond very quickly when they can.

IMHO bumping a post after only 4 hours is a little impatient  Grin
