I wouldn't count on it.  It doesn't indicated if it can boot on lan, doesn't specify the video chip.  It does say it runs Linux (so maybe all chips and drivers are supported by the kernel); but it looks fishy... says Linux with an IE symbol on the case... It would be awesome if it had a nvidia chip hidden inside and a configureable PC like bios to set PXE compatible booting all for $88...

   Its nice to dream...

This has a telechips SoC TCC8901, which is very similar to the SmartQ V7 (TCC8902).  It's an armv6 CPU.  Maybe you could build off off what tschak909 did for the SmartQ V7.  Maybe not.

Who knows what kind of linux it has.  Another typical development/reference board pretending to be a real end-user product, most likely.

It will be an uphill battle, to say the least.
