I followed the instructions but am unaware of how to

Now you will need to decide on a skin. Eventually, this will be a cleaner process. For the moment, it isnt :) All skins live on the core and will be accessible from http://<your-route-ip>/lmce-admin/skins The following instructions are for the core machine. you may need to run these commands with 'sudo'. These commands will download a script written for your LinuxMCE core. It will setup and update the critical files needed while QOrbiter is in this beta state. Thank you for your patience.

wget http://langstonball.com/qorbiter/setupQorbiter.sh -O /tmp/setupQorbiter.sh
sudo chmod u+x /tmp/setupQorbiter.sh
sudo /tmp/./setupQorbiter.sh

Now your skins are installed.

can anyone help.  what do I do next.

I also have a RPI and it's been sitting in my desk drawer waiting to be unleashed.  I played around with RaspBMC a little and liked it but am trying to get more from LMCE so I've put it on hold.  I'd like to see the PI running as an MD but I'm also going to use them as squeezeslaves.  I know zero about coding and wish I could give you guys a hand other than testing.  Anyone have any ideas where and what code I can learn to help you guys out.

Jamo,
I saw this after you branched off and decided to buy a HD PVR 1212 and try it with my audio video setup with fios.  one question, how do you connect the PVR to your pc?  do you have an input card or what?

;D HOORAY!  I successfully changed the channel on my fios cable box with usbuirt and web orbiter.  May not seem like much but months of research and tinkering just paid off.  This was just a test environment.  Next I'll add the GC-100 and the Onkyo 5.1 receiver to test the input switching and tuning.  Awesome!

Also, got a network question, how do I tell my fios router to not give out IP addresses on wifi and to get them from the core. do I have to buy a seperate access point to put on the .80 network or can I do a DHCP relay and point the router to the COre for addresses.
