Isn't going by timezone a little vague for weather?  I live in Florida, so when I ran that script, it gave me totally wrong results.  I might as well have been in Canada.

Same results,  it does a library check and then crashes with the wrong qt version.

its generally a vmware issue handling the usb.  i run into this issue on other system when i have to plug in to program them.  im not sure exactly how this happens but sometimes vmware will not remount the usb under the same id, even sometimes telling you that it is connected but really showing up as a null device.  i would suggest that in a normal install this wont be an issue, as running your core in a vm is going to create headaches that you wont have if it is on a dedicated machine.

I've got a vmware running of android 4.1 and whenever i try to load qorbiter, it says that i have the wrong qt version.  What version of android should i be using?

We do a lot of real high end homes and most of the equipment we is are now going towards ip control.  I would say over half of it, and this even includes all of the consumer devices.  Some devices support the commands but don't support communication while in standby, which creates issues.  As far as rs232, I think that is going to be around for a little while longer, as larger and older installs don't have the necessary cabling to completely switch over away from it.  New construction styles have changed in the way that distributed systems are roughed in.

I have a sharp tv, and when I go to browse for dlna devices, only mythtv shows up (on my computers, both mediatomb and mythtv show).  All of the media that I want to play is stored in media tomb,  what do I need to do to resolve this.  Do I need to copy my mediatomb media over to mythtv?

Is it possible to have a repeating code?  For example, the volume.  This way you can hold down the button and have it keep sending it.

I was working on creating a few custom remotes as I need the color buttons and a few others.  I have watched the screen casts and have noticed that there are several virtual devices that are referenced (ex. -106).  Is there a way that I can reference what these virtual devices are?  My 106 device is my screen saver so I know this is incorrect.  Just trying to learn the ins and outs better.

I have a copy of the odbc provider if anybody needs it.  MDAC is not the same thing and I was unable to find it on Microsoft's website.  Let me know if anybody needs it and I can send it to them,  also might be worth posting it somewhere that we can get to if possible.

I don't have any options to do this.  I can delete my own created scenarios but I need to delete some old auto-generated ones.  I have removed all the commands from them but there is no delete command for these.  These scenarios were created awhile back and the hardware has changed as well as the configuration, so they don't need to be there.  I'm guessing that the autogenerated scenarios don't auto clear themselves when they can't be used anymore.

Is there a way to adjust the order of scenarios?  I have a few that I created and they show up after the autogenerated ones, but I would like them first as I use them more.  Also, how do I delete some of the autogenerated scenarios?  Some of them still show up even though the hardware that generated them is gone, I have them disabled, but there are so many of them that wouldn't work if I reenabled them anyways.

I actually think I came up with a workaround, not sure how well it is going to work.  What I did was I added a child device to the satellite box and then set the child devices entertain area to my bedroom.  It now shows up in both rooms and allows me to set the output to different tv's.  I understand that I am still staring sources, but I'll only be watching one thing right now.  Eventually I will get a second box.  I just didn't like the idea of having to add a second device to add an output,  it just clutters up the programming interface a little bit, especially once I start getting my whole system in place.  If there is this output problem, how do you use a matrix where you would have multiple in's and out's.

Is there a way that I can have a device have multiple outputs?  I want to use my directv box hooked up to the living room tv via hdmi and the same box hooked up via component to my master bedroom.  When I try to make the pipes it does not give me an option to add an additional pipe.  If I enable the device to use more than one entertainment area, then I have the option in the additional room but it wants to delete the living room pipe as it already exists.  Is there a work around or what is the procedure to add an additional output to a profile?  I looked in there and could not figure it out. 

I just added an external usb hard drive that I would like to move my media to.  I have it setup using lmce file structure.  My questions are:

1)  What is the best way to move my media over to the new drive?  I have tried to just copy the files over but I can't transfer them as they are locked up under pluto_username ownership.  Am I able to chown the files or will this mess it up?

2)  If I add more drives, does lmce determine what the best location is to store the new files to?  So that the videos alias is actually a bunch of different drives showing up as one location?

3)  What is the best way to copy videos on to this new drive?  When I go to the share, only the old drive shows up under public.
