Hi DragonK, Can you update the wiki page once up and running with the instructions on how to get working and maybe list equipment etc? http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/1-Wire

I've got some stuff on order from www.hobby-boards.com so should get that in the next few weeks and I can update also.

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone made any progress with irrigation? It's something I'm looking into again and the rain8 and mini2440 sound great.

Cheers,

I don't think there is a AMD64 build yet and it should default to i386 so maybe something else going wrong or you have not upgraded in over 6 months :)

site is not ie6 compatible :(

What's that? :p

If your running IE6 your just asking for trouble. Might pay to upgrade to version 8 or even 9 :)

I also have this issue but using the Nova-TD-500. Everything works fine except the sound on TV recordings when played via orbiter video section.

From memory there was nothing much in the logs that I could tell but this was at least 6 months ago when last tried it. Can do some more testing if that would be of any use?

I built a MD last night and same thing was happening when checked on it this morning. Not sure what snapshot I'm running but system is up todate.

I deleted the MD and tried again which seems to be working now (finished initial AV wizard just waiting for Sarah now).

I'm in the process of setting this up. I need to make a new template for my receiver but found a quick fix in the mean time.

I'm using the Onkyo TX-SR304 template and all that was required is to select the A/V Properties and learn codes for 'skip back' and 'skip fwd'. Then your channels should work.

I've also been playing around trying to build a new template in HADesigner and if I can get my head around all that I want to start seeing what I can come up with including looking at the radio controls.

If you want setup HADesigner and go through Thoms videos which are great and help get up to speed pretty quickly on the system. Then you can alter and improve that screen :)

Hopefully its not a hardware issue but I have had this problem recently.

My machine was also hanging starting off stopping sometime over night then more often. Ended up being a stuffed motherboard that would not handle more than 1 stick of RAM at once. I ran MemTest86+ on the system which failed and then was manual testing of hardware to find the culprt. Of course if it is your GPU not likely fail that test!
