Installation issues / Error while apt-get update/upgrade

I get the following errors, can anyone  help me out?

# apt-get update
...

Installation issues / Booting as a regular desktop

How do I configure linux 0810 alpha 2 during installation that it doesn't boot upon startup but it only starts when I hit the link on my desktop?
