1  LinuxMCE / Feature requests & roadmap / Enable/Disable/Edit Firewall Ports Feature Request on: March 15, 2013, 12:54:35 am
Putting in a feature request to add "Edit" and "Disable" buttons to each line in Advanced->Firewall.

Right now you can add the address to forward the ports, but to disable those (even temporarily) you need to delete the line.  Also, if you choose to change the address where a port is being forwarded, currently you must delete the existing and recreate the rule.  A edit option that made the cells editable and a radio button to reflect the enabled rules would be very helpful- similar to what's found on a typical residential router.
2  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: Update 8.10 to 12.04 = success (at least to me) on: March 15, 2013, 12:20:27 am
This is 0810 to 1204, what are you thoughts on this working for 1004 to 1204?  I'm test this on mine after my relatives leave on Monday, unless there is a very good shot that this won't work for 1004.

What mythtv version are you using?  The one that comes standard in 1004, our did you modify myth other than you instructions above?  I would really like to see this working and will follow your instructions asap to see if I get similar results.

Are there any updates to this?  Will it be include in agocontrol?
5  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: LMCE - I want to do it correctly this time - Z-Wave and MythTV on: January 01, 2013, 06:17:55 am
I too would benefit from integration of the prime, but don't that is an option until mythtv 0.25 or later is accepted.
6  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: Android QOrbiter on: December 30, 2012, 01:36:01 am
I couldn't get qorbiter to load on my Samsung Galaxy S2- on start it would just say it couldn't find my core.  So went in a manually deleted my config.xml file (that by the time stamp was created months ago even though I just installed the latest qorbiter) and a new config file was created and I can now connect to the core.  FYI for anyone else that may run into this.

I am working on improving squeezeslave

Have you been watching Logitech's move (apparently) away from SB to the new UE?  Will this have any impact on what you're trying to do?

And automatically adding a Web orbiter...  Usually one if the first things I do once the system is installed.
11  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: 1004: The time has come. on: November 05, 2012, 12:34:30 am
Don't know if this belongs here or not, but my AMD motherboard (ECS IC780M-A) (no onboard video, but it has onboard audio) paired with a nVidia video card (EVGA 512-P3-1213-LR GeForce 210) did not have audio while l3mce was working on the video/audio.  It had previously been working... after a GlobalUpgrades today I reran through the AVWizard, was presented with both audio cards.  Selected the right card and now have working HDMI audio with DTS and Dolby Digital- the later two had never been used.

TLDR: video/audio work great- thank you.

Check that you have the latest update.

I'm running the Aug 9, 2012 release of 1004 and just got the latest updates using your global_updates script.  Turned on my Revo and it works awesome out of the box.  HDMI audio with DTS and digital audio work without modification....

Super sweet- THANK YOU

James (but not Bond)

That's rather presumptuous...

I may actually use the doorbell, any idea on a cost?
