Just tried build #99 and made some screenshots:

ok, maybe I'm a bit early with this....I just saw there is a new build (#98). It just produces a screen with a green gradiant...and not much more.

hmm...curious...I deleted the config.xml on my phone, thinking there was a problem with that one and it will be recreated. As it turns out, it stays at 0 bytes. When I try to set options in qorbiter, it seems they  don't stick. I can put the IP ( by the way, I forgot what webport is needed), devicetype stays a 1. Anyways, when I close that window, it tries to reach the core, but it never uses the IP-Adress. Am I doing something wrong?

just a question- the TV-controls are not working/present? I can start TV from qorbiter, but not change channels.

Happy new year.
I love what you did with the orbiter. The only thing, that I find a bit hard to adjust to, is the media list....those long bars with the covers are a bit hard on the eyes. Other than that : thumbs up!

Installation issues / Re: tagging episodes
« on: November 19, 2013, 12:49:59 pm »
okay..interesting. I ran another update today and it installed an update for the autotagger, but it doesn't seem to run. When I select a directory to run the autotagger, it opens a window tailing the logfile, but as I checked, that is still the old log from the day before. So I assume the autotagger doesn't run.

I did a fresh install, moving the system to a brand new ssd. So far everything went fine, but autotagger is still doesn't work.

okay...I admit, I'm not sure how to do the sqlcvs...webadmin? what do I have to check- everything, or only selected items?
I downloaded the new script and so far got one thing, that seems not quite okay:
Quote
svn: REPORT of '/svn/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read chunk size: connection was closed by server (http://svn.linuxmce.org)

hmmm...running the latest build (#76) and got no menu, only the bar at the bottom...advanced, power, etc. I deleted the skins, downloaded the orbitersetup again and ran it....deleted the linuxmce-folder on my phone...no change
Got some 404 ,  orbitergenerator.php and imdbimage.php

Users / question about mkv-playback
« on: October 23, 2013, 11:01:07 am »
I noticed, that if I have mkv-files with ac3-sound and bitrates higher than 384, or DTS, then the playback on my MD (asrock 330, ion-platform) is quite choppy. If I remux the files to only ac3 with 384kbit/s, then they all play nicely.
So I was wondering, if this is a limitation in the playback-software or of my hardware. What do you think? By the way, when setting up this md, dts-test completed successfully.

hmm...ran an update today and got the new autotagger, but at least for me, its still not working.
If I enter the directory with tv-show episodes of one season and start autotag, it says
Quote
Found Overriding Media Sub Type::0
***************No scanner for this file type, file complete*****************
**************************End File*****************************
if I try batchmode for tagging the entire directory, I still get the duplicate entry-error

currently, this is what my sources.list looks like:

Quote
deb file:/usr/pluto/deb-cache/ ./
deb http://deb.linuxmce.org/ubuntu/ lucid  beta2
deb http://deb.linuxmce.org/ubuntu/ 20dev_ubuntu  main
deb http://debian.slimdevices.com/ stable  main
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ lucid  partner
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt/ lucid  main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt/ lucid-updates  main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt/ lucid-security  main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid  universe

right now its supposed to update  lmce-autotagger, pluto-website-admin and libqjson0
apt-get dist-upgrade --fix-missing updates the pluto-website-admin, but the other two don't get installed.
