I found this in updatemedia.log:

Main:connectToDataBase Cannot connect to database! <0xb5cb0700>

Hmm..there must be something else. I verified that all my media is tagged and supposedly entered in the database. I let the systems sit there, but until now Fileview remains empty.

Users / Filename View in Orbiter

Hello Guys, my Core crashed today and I rebooted it. So far so good, but now I have a weird phenomenon. All the files are there and they play, if I select them via Title. However if I want to list via Filename, the list is completely empty.
My core is running on 14.04. and is up to date.
Any idea where I should look?`

Cheers
Mario

ok..my fault- turns out it was a false alarm. I obviously didn't check properly. Asterisk hasn't started after the update. I rebooted the core and everything is fine now.
Seems I forgot Rule #1 again ;-)

Cheers

I did the update, but it seems that since then my phones won't register anymore

Well, I exchanged the id's, but the behaviour is the same. Tablet is ok, the phone not so much....

Sorry guys, for being absent for a long time....so far I still haven't been able to use my phone properly with qorbiter....perhaps I should exchange the device-ids on the phone and the tablet and see, if that makes any difference.

Users / weather segfault
« on: November 07, 2016, 01:28:21 pm »
I wanted to use the weather-plugin and got myself an api-key at openweather.
According to the thread in the developers-section (since there is no wiki-page for that yet)I found the following:
Quote
for NOAA  Configuration is   API:NOAA:language:units:lat:lon
                            example API:NOAA:english:0:28.53833355:-81.37923649
for WWO  Configuration is   API:WWO:language:apikey:units:city
                             example API:WWO:pt:0b6d39679dabe54e9749209aa2e54:C:belo_horizonte
for openweahter  Configuration is   API:OWM:language:apikey:units:city
                                    example API:OWM:en:xxxxxxxxxxxx:imperial:belo_horizonte
So I adapted it to my needs like this:
Quote
API:OWM:de:b56b99e85c97772273b020b21e07ea91:imperial:chemnitz
This seems to be the correct usage to me. Please correct me, if I'm wrong

However upon reload router, it does not start and there is no data showing up. I went to look at the syslog and found this:
Quote
Weather[7140]: segfault at 0 ip b7546de6 sp b4afe0a0 error 4 in libstdc++.so.6.0.19[b749a000+dc000]

So, the question is, if I did something wrong, or if there is something broken.

Cheers
Mario

Nice work so far, but for my system...trying to tag a whole season of a tv show, it pulls the title, but nothing more. Is there something I can do to improve these results?

I was running this Test as root

ok..I answered my own question: It finds files on commandline, but doesn't tag anything, even if putting the Attribute for the Program, like in the youtube-tutorial.

No problem..I am just as interested in figuring this out as you...
there are Scenarios
They do react and respond when clicked
No matter what room I change to...from that qorbiter, I can't get to any media.
For example : Internet radio- I see no stations with that orbiter in any room. If I use my tablet, everything is peachy.
By the way, I don't know if this is relevant: The Phone runs on Marshmallow.
