Update : at first I thought it's a but of my browser, but it appears, it's got something to do with the file.....I will have to check it a bit further...I will report my findings.

Users / cannot tag media anymore(solved)
« on: March 31, 2015, 09:08:57 pm »
I just noticed today, that I cannot tag my mediafiles anymore. Strange thing is, clicking on a directory I can choose the get metadata as usual from Amazon, TMDB or TVDB.
However clicking on a file now, nothing like that is present.
So as the old windows-joke goes: is it a bug, or a feature?

Installation issues / Re: asterisk, Ticket 2263
« on: March 31, 2015, 08:13:55 pm »
Hmm, it seems the problem has not been completely eradicated. So far asterisk is working. At first I thought it's kernel-upgrades are to blame, but it's actually a problem with rebooting. Asterisk appears to be running, at least when querying the status, but only after restarting asterisk manually, can I get the phones registered.

only now asterisk doesn't register my phones anymore. this time reinstalling it won't do the trick anymore.

sorry for the late update....the issue so far has been resolved by Alblasco...the script in question wasn't in the repo. I got it and now I also got internet radio. Thats working nicely. What I'm missing is an easy way to edit them, like putting logos or perhaps have favourites...something like that.

So, I checked a little more. I removed the devices from the configuration and did a reboot. The disks were immediately recognised, but they don't get online. I tried setting them in the webadmin, but that doesn't do anything. After reboot the tick for online is gone again too.

No need to thank me....I'm glad I can contribute at least this way. On the other hand, I still couldn't revive the drives. I'm really considering a fresh install. After a kernel upgrade on the core I always have to reinstall asterisk. Kernelupgrades on the core give me dependency errors. So many guess is, something went wrong earlier. This way we can see how the new system works on a fresh install.

I have no more access to my drives in the core...
Phenigma was so kind as to try to assist me. I will attach the output file generated by HAL, until it terminated. Maybe this will help.

I don't know, if this is really related, but since the update, I noticed some decrease in performance, qorbiter takes long to load and display the viewpoint.....also internet access seems slower. I checked my connection in the fritzbox...there it's fine.

That would be quite cool. One other question, if just rhetorical. Since its a disked me, I could use Wi-Fi?

So i got me a rpi2 now to play around with it a little. Actually I wanted just to build a internet radio with this. On the other hand, I saw that there is some development for making it an md. For the previous rpi the wiki said, that mythtv-frontend is not possible, which  makes me wonder, if this would still apply to to the rpi2 with his 1g2g ram and quad-core.  In case there is a way to test this out, I'm volunteering.

I found something! I think there is a script missing. The webpage for internetradio is trying to execute /usr/pluto/bin/ to add stations...however I cannot find this script anywhere.
Update: I received the missing file and it I'm not mistaken, it should come with an update
Other than that..?it's working nicely.

Sorry for the confusion. I didn't want to edit scenarios, but rather adding a logo to the radio station. Anyway I found it again via the  mediabrowser.
thanks again for the help
