Users / Freeview (UK) TV Card - Updated to a n00b asking for general help

First off, sorry if this has been asked before!

I just need a little help on knowing which TV cards will give me freeview on a LMCE box in the UK (with EPG hopefully), i dont want to go and buy one and find ive bought the wrong one!
