Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a bug in the "Change Input" feature from your remote control?  I'm sure this more of an issue with LIRC, as oppose to LMCE, but I wanted see if anyone had any information.

Well I got through install fine leaving them plugged in, but I'm having trouble figuring out the directory structure.  I'd like to keep the same schema I had on my original Myth machine, where my 500Gig drive is used for storing movies, and my 250Gig for storing TV shows.  I tried using Pluto Web Admin, but I doesn't seem to be working as I'd hoped.  Any suggestions on a plan of attack.

Quick update.  I've been watching tv using my pcHDTV 5500 and it's been running like a champ.  I'm going to try tweaking my Hauppage card settings, and hopefully that'll work.  I'll post my findings.

Weird.  I take it no one has come up with a workaround?

I'm currently running LMCE 7.10 Beta, and I've come across a problem while trying to watch TV.   Every time Myth loads up I'm able to watch TV for about 30 seconds and then it completely freezes up. Now this is just Myth freezing, not my system.  I know Myth is CPU hog, but I didn't know it was this bad.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Well I have almost everything working, just need to connect my media drives that house my movies and recordings.  I borrowed a s-video to component/composite dongle get a 720p output.  It's not 1080i, but it'll have to do for now. The dongle comes with most nvidia cards, but if your does not you can buy one for about $7 at http://www.fasterclock.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=compupack.  I'm using the 'nvidia' drivers and it seems to be working fine. 

There's got to be a way to make it work, the static image kills the whole experience.  I had my box working using DVI to HDMI and at 1080p res. I had the alpha blending UI running, but the screen kept blinking.  I have an GeForce 8600 GTS.

When you added the 7600 GS did you have to change any drivers, or did it work once you added it to your box?

I'm currently running MythTV on ubuntu and I've been considering stepping it up to LinuxMCE.  I currently have 3 internal drives in the box right now, 1) System  2) Movies and 3) Recordings.  I know I will have to do a fresh install of LinuxMCE on my system drive, but I don't want LMCE to format all 3 disks during install, and lose the media I have. If I unplug the media drives and run the install, will LMCE recognize the drives afterwards, or do I have to format all 3 disks and start from scratch?   Any help is greatly appreciated.
