Does the MCE ir blaster and the philips blaster work with the ir learn feature of beta4 cuz i cant find a yes or no answer anywhere and if they do how so cuz i cant get neither of mine working !!!!!!! 

Once you go LMCE you never go back !!!!! you would be suprised that you will find use for the other features

What i do is just after the install of Kubuntu i use K3b to make iso images of the 3 disks lmce 1 and 2 and also Kubuntu live cd to the system drive
in my home folder and that takes about 10 mins for all 3, then install from those images when asked for the cd's... I to use to have the same problem but this is alot faster.....  

Im in your same boat with the blasted mce blasters realy not sure if they do work as of beta4 or not    and i guess the ir learning feature is deffinately out of the question for those things

My lights dim slowly and i use the Ha22 with intermatic Z-wave switch dimmers all i did was to create a respond to the events and thats it !!!

I have a Fortec Star Life time Ultra sat reciever and tried to create a template as so it can be controlled via serial, i have reserched and found that the unit can use the Huges 0749 ir codes but man after that im done i create the manufature and the device template and thats it i stuck with the codes... Is there a how to on how to make a template the corect way some where or can some one help me on the process on getting this thing running Thanks...

you are correct  guess you cant have multiple backups on the same day wired shouldnt be like that though, because if i make a major change i make a backups first and on that day i was changing alot around but all within one day so i guess that explains it..... Thanks

just needed to know what files do i need to copy over to my linux tablet as so i can make it into an orbiter wasnt sure of the files and how to do it.
any help would be great, i know it can be dont just dont know the files needed

yeh but create another one and it should not over write the old but you should see multiple backups to choose from and this does not happen in beta 4

anyone also having problems with beta 4
in beta 3 you could make a backups and pick from the backups to restore but in beta 4 it overwrites every time so it only shows one available backup !!!!!

Beta 4 not working properly with HA22 seems that the system now loops in the wizard for lights when the stick is pluged in and is detected, also found that all lights will not hold names for the switches etc..  example i have wall switches and rename them according to what they control but under the admin page they revert back to dimmable switch every time the router is reloaded is there a way as i can turn of the pnp for the zwave and go back to the manual install of drivers and configuration because the pnp is not working right

can this be used as an orbiter wasnt shore because the ones that i can get my hands on all are the linux version and was wondering how to get the orbiter software on it and will it work on midori
