Under computing:
* Webadmin / Media director / Select your media director / Click Computing / Add new app / fill in the blanks.
32  LinuxMCE / Installation issues / Re: Erratic telecom behaviour under 10.04 (only my Cisco products work) on: April 04, 2013, 04:55:15 pm
The good news is, foxi is back in town, and will probably look at open telecom tickets...
33  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: Update 10.04 to 12.04 = success (at least to me) on: April 03, 2013, 11:40:50 pm
posde, isn't a rebuild the thing we wanted to avoid?

it is a test for another part of the 1204 equation.
34  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: Update 10.04 to 12.04 = success (at least to me) on: April 03, 2013, 03:09:44 pm
first try the upgrade script on the MD and report results.

after that see what happens using the rebuild button.
35  LinuxMCE / Developers / Re: Need a shell scripter to develop mac/ipad/iphone detection routine on: April 02, 2013, 06:03:06 pm
The two hits I highlighted in the first post should work as a start. And if that needs to be extended, so be it...

In theory the sensors attached to your panel should be autodetected by LinuxMCE afair. If they are not, check http://forum.linuxmce.org/index.php?topic=738.0 on how to manually add them to LinuxMCE
38  LinuxMCE / Installation issues / Re: Tellstick on 1004 on: March 31, 2013, 08:03:48 pm
execute the tellstick command manually, and see what happens.
39  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: LinuxMCE in Google Search - "may be compromised" on: March 31, 2013, 01:00:21 pm
We have seen this come and go in the past.
40  LinuxMCE / Installation issues / Re: Tellstick on 1004 on: March 31, 2013, 12:58:58 pm
Look at the logfile for the device, and try to decipher any kind of error message it might contain. Logfile is on the core under /var/log/pluto/. filename starts with the device id of your device.
41  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: Does a Dedicated Core Need a Video Card? on: March 30, 2013, 07:11:33 pm
My core has an ATI card in it, but X is not being used.

I did setup my core originally as a hybrid, because it is easier to configure lots of initial stuff that way. But later set autostart media to 0 in /etc/pluto..conf on my core. No more X since then.

4. Would it be better to wipe the 8.04 and try the 10.04 installation?
[..]

Yes.
43  LinuxMCE / Installation issues / Re: Tellstick on 1004 on: March 30, 2013, 02:47:28 pm
looks strange to me. What I meant initially was, check under advanced on those devices if they are disabled.

EDIT: Just checked the wiki page. I do not see anything that denotes having to have two tellstick devices. If I were you, I would unplug the tellstick, reboot the core, remove the two tellstick devices, quick reload the core, plug the tellstick back in, and see what happens.
44  LinuxMCE / Developers / Re: Raspberry Pi builder on: March 30, 2013, 12:00:55 am
looks like an un-proper deb.
45  LinuxMCE / Installation issues / Re: Tellstick on 1004 on: March 30, 2013, 12:00:09 am
see what the tellstick device says in web admin.
