If it is static it hasn't come via DHCP server.
What exactly are you trying to achieve?

Would be could to have those captured in the ticket and/or wiki.

working on it :)
Cool - didn't want to go adding further complications by rolling my own. Best if testing is done on "gold" releases or at least silver ;)

Here are some glamour shots of a Joggler that I have running right next to me on my desk, in my office in the den.

The clock you see above is being generated by orbiter. I've added a clock to the screen saver portions of the Horizontal 4:3 variation (UI1). If you have an Orbiter binary running on a native device (Nokia 770/N800/N900, WebDT, Joggler, something you've put Orbiter onto explicitly, NOT a Proxy Orbiter device!), then you can do the following:

* Update your Designer repo in web admin (advanced > sqlcvs > update)
* Get the attached font, and copy to its font directory (on linux, copy to /usr/share/fonts/truetype, and then run fc-cache... for windows, click to install the font.)
* do a Full Regen of the orbiter you just modified.
* When it comes back up, it will have the clock.

Enjoy :)

-Thom
Hi Thom,
I tried updating my webdt to get this clock, but no joy.
 - did an sqlCVS update
 - copied the font onto the webdt as instructed and ran fc-cache.
 - did a full regen of the orbiter and a router reload, just incase

waited for screen to blank - and no clock :(
have I missed something?

thanks

Given the deluge of responses I'll guess not :)

Might take a punt on one anyway - although I don't like the fact it has no dedicated media buttons.

Hi Damian,
The src for the DCE device is available in svn http://svn.linuxmce.org/trac.cgi/browser/trunk/src/DuskySkyController
The DT is another issue :( I'll see if there is some way to reconstruct it and get this operational again.

-Coley.

btw - where are you based in Ireland?

Hi Damian,
The first link you posted is valid still, it uses the Dusky Device via a script and should operate as described.

The second link is from work I did along with @maybeoneday, I never completed to its end. The template I designed got trashed when my sqlCVS checkin didn't happen in a timely manner and device numbers crossed paths I ended up screwing up someone else's template. I had the device operational and plug and play but not packaged correctly. I should get back to this and complete it.

Is anyone watching these? should I keep making them?

It's an apt and honest question.

Yep watching and learning, thanks for doing these.

Sambuca or Hari are probably best to check this with.
Did you make these changes on the current Zwave stack? or the newer one based on OZW?

Are you US or EU based?
If US have a browse through these http://products.z-wavealliance.org/regions/2/categories/10/products

If you are EU based the Horstmann units should fit your space.

Firstly - congrats Thom and Svetlana, enjoy and cherish every moment, even the sleep deprivation ;)

I use a babyping wireless monitor. They are a spin off/sister brand to the Y-cam.
For the non lmce minded they come with an iOS app. For me they integrate just fine as a Y-cam security camera.

did you do the MD upgrades via chroot? or on the actual machines themselves?
