Installation issues / Linux MCe 0710

Hello,

Do we know when 0710 will be available, on 0704 my hdd is not detected?

i am using a ASROCK P4VM900 with S-ATA2 and when I boot from CD ubuntu 7.04 with hdd is not detected. When I boot from 7.10 then it is ok? With DVD LinuxMCE HDD not detected.

It is working now thanks. I rebooted the core which was in a unstable state. I have some problem with this core. I think it must be the Nvidia card :-(

first time : Install live Cd kubuntu 7.04 and then launch the mce installer from the CD1 of LMCE 0704.
second time just relaunch the MCe installer again.

I have try to reinstall MD but still the same error message.
Failed to Regenerate skiin for Orbiter.

Hello,

I just install a new MD (the 2nd in my network, first is the CORE) on a DELL OPTIPLEX GX 270,PIV2260/512/40/CD-ROM.
install ok but when I launch the MD it says ;  generate screen failed.

What do you mean? that the VGA card is in conflit with network card for the irq? How is the irq managed under linux? Maybe I must change this in BIOS?

Hello,

I have re-install my core/hybrid from scratch with everything already connected (bluetooth, usbuirt, nvidia card installed, ...)

install ok but when the wizard is coming, i see the begin of the video and then freeze!
My core is again crahed (freeze).

What is wrong? the nvidia driver?
how can I find a solution?
