Yes it works ... less the new lmce thermostat scheduler.

And like all thermostats in lmce you need to manually add scenarios to set absolute temps
 I made three climate scenarios HOT WARM and COOL and set them to corresponding temps in celcius.

For new construction looks like knx is best.
Zwave is supported well in linuxmce, and we will be seeing an influx of z-wave devices in the near future.

Simple..... make sure it always has more free space than your os drive.

I use clonezilla and save my image to a samba share.

FWIW: pressing 3 setting  to component always seem to gives me a usable screen regardless of attached video device.

With LMCE your best and really only choice,  is Nvidia currently.

For your laptop MD's set them to UI 1 static and cross your fingers..... then consider replacing them.

For ssh to moonxx

do that from the core as sudo and you wont have the samba password issue.

I think your better of with digital only depending on the version of myth they have dropped support for analog cards...
This will just cause you grief, I believe others are having issues with the 2250.

Each tuner can handle one channels at a time, meaning you can watch and record several channels simultaneously if you have enough tuners. There are also cards with more than one tuner onboard.

That used to be true but now with Digital Tuners you can record / watch multiple shows per tuner ... provided they are on the same mux ... if you notice mythtv now sets up virtual tuners for this purpose.

From the terminal of kubuntu you further need to do apt-get update*   and then apt-get dist-upgrade.

Should not be needed as it has been added to the lmce portion of the install.

Everything else looks ok
