Hi,
Can't wait to try this out (have to wait until end of month to get the bandwidth). In the meantime, I have noticed a lot of comments on various forums about the complexity of the install.
One thought I had was an integrated install cd containing all the required distro and MCE files. The reconstructor project (
http://reconstructor.aperantis.com/) provides a tool that can be used to craft custom derivatives of Ubuntu 6.10 with minimal effort. It has already been used to create Ubuntu Ultimate Edition (
http://ubuntusoftware.info/Ubuntu_Ultimate_1.3/).
Using this kind of tool would allow you to distribute a single cd image which would handle all setup activities.
What do people think?
