For about $10 cheaper, you could get a Wiimote ($40) and a wireless sensor bar ($20) and have the ability to point at the screen to move your mouse, not just achieve movement via orientation of the mouse/Wiimote.  The gyro mouse seemed nice, but I'd much rather be able to just point somewhere on my screen than keep tilting the mouse to move around.
