maybe i'm wrong but why should i use xmbc/boxee or other systems when lmce includes erverything and more???
Ok, i've never used another system but i know that they look good and there are a lot of programmers behind the project but as Thom said in another post: don't talk, contribute - so lmce would look also fency...   

now i experiment with speech recogniztion (sphinx4) - and yes, if it looks good i will contribute it to the project...

just my 2 cents...

okay, now i have a real problem. after first boot i came up to the AV Wizard. Black screen and i pressed "1", also black screen, after pressing "q" my tv says "not supported videomode". Where can i change the videomode of the AV Wizard??

SOLVED: you have to click "3" and not 1 or Q. after that you get the AV Wizard. But why? i thougt 3 is for component?

i think you have to install the libdvdcss on the md. This should solve your problem with DVDCSS ist not installed.

You can go to your MD with ssh moonXX (where XX is your device number of your md). I think you have to do a sudo su before.

i don't know because i don't have a gyration. it should be the key which opens the four arrows to change change channel in mythtv (up and down) and fast forward/rewind movies (left and right).

i had the same problem with my wii-remote. i do it this way: map "F6" in mythtv to delete a recording. the problem is, you have to click "F6" twice. With the first click it shows the mythtv-delete-window and the lmce menu to change channel. With the second click on "F6" the lmce-menu disappears, but the mythtv-delete-recording window still stays there and you can delete the recording.

first, thank you MANDINGO for your work on myth and so on.
I have two TT-Connect S2 3650 CI usb tuners (one with the austrian orf cam). They work very well after i installed the s2-libpian (or so) driver. But i can't find any DVB-S2 channels in mythtv. Possy said in irc that there is some work to do in mythtv to have dvb-s2 channels. Is this correct? If so, how can i help? test or so?
