works when VDR is used as the PVR Tongue

really? I thought recordings made by vdr are also in the "normal" video list which were used by the xine player as with the mythtv recordings... didn't know that. Smiley

hi,

i miss following things:

-) sort video list with "last entry", so we can see what's newly recorded on the system.
-) ability to forward +30 sec (or configurable in web-admin) with one key (i.e. arrow right) in the video player.

Right now, the most used feature is mythtv for recording and also watch recordings, because there we can see what have been recorded last day and also forward the +30 sec with the arrow key on the wii remote.

wow. such a great user support from you! Smiley

I think you're right, fresh install is much secure. Because what shouldn't happen in any case is that something goes wrong and the data from the big disk is away... WAF would be zero Smiley

Thanks, so will try the snapshot.

L3mce

I also want to thank you for the great work you've done so far!
But i also have a question:

My LinuxMCE 0810 runs since more than a year very good on a 2TB drive. I also bought a 60 GB SSD for a new core (1004) because i also have a NAS (unRaid) since 3 months. So, in my opinion i have two options: 1. install from scratch LMCE 1004 on the new SSD with all the work (DVB-S2 on mythtv, MD's, and a lot of other stuff which is running on the server). or 2. use this cool script. But before i can do this i had to clone the content of the drive to the 60 GB SSD - there's only 40GB data on the 2TB drive, so this should work with gparted/clonezilla?

What do you think is the "best" solution?

thanks
Markus

try it in the app - if this doesn't work either, you probably have a problem with the configuration of the thermostat. did you also tried it with ets? (send a 1,2,3 or 4 via 1 byte object to the ga?)
9  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: KNX thermostat on: May 14, 2012, 07:44:05 pm
Does it work in the app to control your thermostat? i couldn't find a info in the doc how the merten works... (okay, i looked only for 5 mins. or so...)
10  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: KNX thermostat on: May 14, 2012, 03:34:56 pm
yeah. for me it was also very hard to find the correct values (H/C). But maybe your GA is wrong? Do you have an android phone? If yes, you could download my App in google play store (KNX Controller) and try if it works there... If you have questions about the App you can write me a mail.

yeah, i used everywhere 1 byte objects for heating/cooling.
12  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: KNX thermostat on: May 13, 2012, 07:39:38 pm
mine are all from Berker (BI.Q for example). I use the 1 byte (DPT 20.102 i think...)
13  LinuxMCE / Users / Re: KNX thermostat on: May 13, 2012, 07:21:24 pm
hi,

for me the Value "C" and "H" works. The GA is for the Konnex thermostat modes.

hi,

at first i want to say: WOW, i saw your qOrbiter Videos on youtube and i'm very very impressed.
I am a 0810 user since the beginning of this version.  Whats stopping me from moving to 1004? Nothing. I just need time; WAF is also very important Smiley

offtopic: Do you know if there is any effort in upgrade lmce to 1204?

thank you for your hard work
