awsome will have a look today as would be good to be able build my own hardware as arduinos are cheap and can do lots

im trying to setup linux mce to talk serial to a bunch of arduinos using simple txt .

eg have code for arduino

if recive "A" turn on relay 1
if recive "a" turn off relay 1

and so on and so forth

i was planing on using boards  with relays  to do lighting , security and retic.
is it possible ??
can anyone help me please its doing my nogen in
 :o

is there allready a device that dose this that i can mod thew code for??

might try SIP do i need to buy an asterix card or can i use a dialup modem??

a bit pricy and the gear needs to be programed first . im currently working to learn this .the good thing is it has ir's and inputs and outs and rs232/485/422 plus ethernet so it can work as a hub

i have multiple android orbitors that have mic and speakers as well as cameras in built it would be sweet to be able to use them as phones . even with out cameras

was wondering if anyone had played with integrating amx gear with lmce at all.
it wouldnt be the hardest thing to do over serial but was thinking more using
ethernet . regards jon ???                ???
