I don't want to rename thinks, of course but your explanation are not useless for the new user.

Thanks for taking time to answer

Thank you for your answer

We should use the term "remote" and not orbiter for this device.
I agree It is more than  a remote but it avoid people to think it could run as a real orbiter (on screen).
Don't you think?

Installation issues / AMP always dispatch "apply configuration change)
« on: February 08, 2009, 03:00:11 pm »
Hello everybody

I have configured VOIP (amp, strunk...).
All works fine except when I reboot the core.

All seems to work fine in AMP (green for online phone, registration and trunk), in appearance, but it doesn't work.I had to "apply configuration change" (message displayed). If I apply the change (I already done it before the boot), then it works really.

It seems that the last changed are not saved after reboot or this action is necessary after each boot.

I looked into asterisk and freepbx forum but I had NO SOLUTION.
Does it works for you?

Thanks for your help.

Installation issues / can't get web orbiter play any Media (audio, video)
« on: February 08, 2009, 02:51:15 pm »
Hello everybody

As this is my first post, I want to thank you all the team for this great stuff!
I have two problems that I can not resolve by myself (I looked into wiki and this forum).

I can not see anything when I play a dvd (in the core) through a web orbiter (pc connected on the network).I select Manage drive and choose the only drive I had registred (the one used by the core)

I can see the web orbiter in Firefox, but it seems that no plugin or playback screen appears in order to play the stream send by the core.

I tried with the DVD install and CD install. When I tried from the core I used Firefox with the initial plugin of the install.

When I play a dvd from the HDD it doesn't work neither.

I don't know if it is a plug in pb or anything else.

Thank you for your help.
