Installation issues / SPDF problem with HDA-Intel

Hi,

I am trying to install LinuxMCE 710b3 (with CDs) on an HTPC (Acer idea 510) and i can't have sound on spdif (coax or optical). AVwizard freeeze on step 8 when i select spdif coax or optical

The Soundcard is an onboard HDA-Intel with SPDIF output (coax and optical)

Does i need to update with the latest version of alsa ?

Can anyone point me to a way to get the sound working via SPDIF?

Developers / Use g++ with LinuxMCE710beta3

Hi,

How can i use (or install) g++ compiler on a core with LinuxMCE710beta3.

Installation issues / Fail on Installation 710beta3 I386 2CD

I attempt to install with the LinuxMCE 710b3 2CD I386 and it fails
I use the script /usr/share/mce-installer/mce-installer.sh

Log File:
Les paquets suivants contiennent des dépendances non satisfaites :
  pluto-dcerouter: Dépend: pluto-website-admin (>= 2.0.0.44) mais ne sera pas installé
                   Dépend: pluto-website-admin (< 2.0.0.45) mais ne sera pas installé
                   Dépend: pluto-website-support (>= 2.0.0.44) mais ne sera pas installé
                   Dépend: pluto-website-support (< 2.0.0.45) mais ne sera pas installé
E: Paquets défectueux

ERROR : Failed to install and configure the base software

Any help is sincerely and greatly appreciated.
