Title: Plutohome Security System

Hello all,
I am wanting to build a Security system using PlutoHome
what i would like to happen is this
Cammeras activate when alarm system is armed(Have to By alarm system)
On trigger of sensors / Cameras lights turn on using xt-en and film who is inside

How does the Caddx NX-8E work with pluto home does it give sensors and a keypad to activate plutohomes security system

i don't use the caddy nx-8e so i don't know for sure if it works or not.
if a sensor is triggered the light associated with it will turn on and the camera associated with it will save a snapshot. it's not yet implemented to make a film.

Hi,

currently motion-wrapper makes movies, but only if camera is triggered on motion detection.

We just don't have mechanism yet, to send message that will tell Pluto that movie is recorded - but this can be easily added since we can add any scripts to motion-wrapper that are executed on start/end of security events and movie recording finished...

Just tell me what message should be sent and where - I have an option to send filename with it....

do you already added a feature request on mantis with this? if it's easy to implement we should add it upon next .42 release

I've closed last one, cause it's basically for other things....

Dan, please give me advice what to do: either to close all of them and open new one, or add to those....

you can change one of them to be the parent and close the children. don't create new one. close the children with 'duplicate' status

we'll see how we can implement all these in .42 or later

Dan, can I ask you to do that ? I think I don't have permission to do that and also don't know exactly how to do it...
