Hia,
after installing the windows ce orbiter, it connects, shows a very fast screen and exits. Looking the DCERouter.log, it shows the following lines or the #54 orbiter:

I had that same thing in the past but I cannot remember what it was. I could have been one of three things:
1. I had the wrong version of the CE orbiter - un-install it and try the other one
2. it is corrupt - uninstall, delete the orbiter and re-install it
3. your device ID and the one stored for the CE orbiter are different. in Web-admin in the orbiters page, the device number is on the right by the description. Check that this corresponds to the DeviceID on the CE device, stored in a file called 'Orbiter' in the 'Pluto Orbiter' directory
Those are the only problems I have had with the WinCE orbiter
Hope it helps

Hi,
thx for answering. Did check device ID, it was ok. #54.
After rebooting the core/hybrid, and tried again, it worked.

Where did you get the installer?
All of the Orbiter installers are empty on my fresh instance of LMCE 8.10b2 (/usr/pluto/bin/Orbiter_* and /usr/pluto/installers/*), installed from DVD. Could you kindly direct me to the Xscale version?
I've found the source files in SVN:
http://svn.linuxmce.org/svn/branches/LinuxMCE-0810/installers/Installers/
But don't have a dev environment and need a CAB or EXE to install on my WM2003 IPAQ.
Thanks for any help with this.

On Webadmin login screen, bottom you will find it. Your link shall be http://localhost/lmce-admin/fdownload.php?filepath=installers/Orbiter_CeNet4_XScale.CAB.
Mine is found at /usr/pluto/installers/Orbiter_CeNet4_XScale.CAB.
In case you don't have it, send me a PM with your email and i will reply with it attached.

For some reason all of my orbiter related files are 0k, I've even double checked this by ssh'ing to my core. Seen a few other instances of this issue since 2007, but no real solutions.
If you would, please PM it to me. I really appreciate it!
Best regards,
.
