HI,


anyone tried the camera Panasonic BL-1C? This is a fixed IP camera is compatible with LinuxMCE?

Yes it is compatible.  I don't remember how I set it up.  I'm actually re-doing my whole system this week and i'll be setting up that cam again.  I remember the first time wasn't difficult at all.  I think there are instructions on the wiki.

I found this but it doesn't really help.

dammit fellas, the whole point of this is to plug it in, and let the system configure it.

I swear, I am going to set fire to every damned wiki page until people start working on the device templates!

sorry, didn't mean to come on so strong.

This camera should already work with the existing Panasonic IP Camera template. Just plug it in, and go.

If it doesn't, this means our template needs to be refactored.

I've tested a panasonic bl a few weeks ago, was full pnp..
