You can download it from this link and then copy to the Orbiter program folder.
http://plutohome.com/support/index.php?section=packageDownload&pkid=306
Below is a list of all the dll's you need for the 2.0.0.11 orbiter to work:
libpng-pluto-d.dll
SDL_image-pluto-d.dll
SDL_ttf-pluto-d.dll
SDL-pluto-d.dll
SGE-pluto-d.dll
zlib1-pluto-d.dll
msvcp71d.dll
msvcr71d.dll
You can download them from the relevant binaries on this page.

Hi,
I'm trying to download the pthread-win32 library but I'm getting Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /download/winlib/pthread-win32_2.0.0.zip on this server.
Any other link?
Thanks

I'm getting the same thing. When I downloaded the .24 release of the orbiter software it was much larger and contained a .msi windows installer file. This looks to be just an update of the orbiter executables to be overlaid on top of an existing install. Where can we find the scratch installer?
Thanks,
Tracy

On your pluto admin web site, click the 'download windows orbiter' link. It's on the home page before logging in, and also on the windows/device/orbiters page.
We moved the installer there so if you have a web pad or pda you shouldn't need to copy anything--just bring up the web browser and click the link. The Windows 2000/xp version is an .msi, the ce version is an executible.
