Title: Adding tags to video files
Post by: e102 on February 19, 2009, 12:12:17 pm
Hi, This may not strictly be a Linux MCE question, but...

I have loads of videos (mostly AVI files). I would like add tags to them for Linux MCE to recognise. Is there a tool out there which I can script to add tags based on directory structures (my files are in program/season/episode.avi type format, so it would be easy to add a tag based on that). I did this to my music because it was converted without tags.

Many Thanks

Search the forums, somewhere you'll find a patch for webadmin to automatically create tags from that kind of directory structure.
