I have intelligent electroinstallation and try to find somebody who can advise or connect with LinuxMCE. How I can start ?

You're not giving us much to go on there, what kind of installation is it?  It may be supported already. 

Also looking through the wiki and/or searching the forum might help to answer some specific questions you have.
