Title: Uploading attachments doesn't work?

An Error Has Occurred!
Cannot access attachments upload path!
Following error occured while trying to upload an attachment. It is a PNG of 188 KB.
Are attachments prohibited?

You can always upload the picture to imageshack or photobucket etc. and hotlink it.
